Spotted on Shelves...

MorningStar Farms White Bean Chili Burgers

1 burger: 150 calories, 9g total fat (1g sat. fat), 400mg sodium, 14g carbs, 6g fiber, 1g sugars, 8g protein -- SmartPoints® value 4*

The warmer it gets outside, the more it feels like burger weather! And the makers of some of our favorite meatless patties have a new option on store shelves. This one has serious Southwestern flair, with white beans, green chiles, and brown rice. Serving suggestion: Enjoy on a DIY lettuce bun with lots of fresh salsa!

Way Better Snacks A Nacho Above Tortilla Chips

About 9 large chips (28g): 140 calories, 8g total fat (1g sat. fat), 160mg sodium, 15g carbs, 2g fiber, 1g sugars, 2g protein -- SmartPoints® value 4*

While these chips aren't super low in the stats department, they're well worth the investment. They're big, hearty, and crazy delicious. Made with nutritious ingredients (flax, quinoa, and chia) and flavored with real cheddar (mmmm), these totally deserve a spot in your shopping cart. Check out the other flavors too...

OPA By Litehouse Bottled Greek Yogurt Dressing

2 tbsp.: 30 - 60 calories, 2 - 5g total fat (0 - 0.5g sat. fat), 135 - 290mg sodium, 3 - 7g carbs, 0 - 1g fiber, 1 - 6g sugars, 1 - 2g protein -- SmartPoints® 1 - 2*

Litehouse's jarred yogurt dressings have been around for a while, but now there are new flavors, and in easy-pour bottles! And they have totally low calorie counts for such creamy condiments. Try all the bottled flavors: Strawberry Poppyseed, Avocado Cilantro, Roasted Garlic, Tzatziki Ranch, and Curry. Perfect for spring salads and veggie snacking. Find 'em in the fridge section of the supermarket.

Fast-Food News: Calorie Counts Posted & Gluten-Free Buns Test-Marketed

Calorie counts are now posted at Subway restaurants nationwide.

That's right -- the calorie range for the customizable subs, salads, and more will now be listed right up on the menu boards at ALL Subway locations! No more hunting for info, and no more guessing which items are lean and which aren't. Of course, we still totally encourage you to utilize the super-useful nutritional calculator on the Subway website for precise stats on your order, but every bit of info helps!

Chick-fil-A is testing a gluten-free bun.

This is pretty interesting for the gluten-free crowd: A Chick-fil-A restaurant in the Jackson, MS, area recently tweeted that gluten-free buns are available on request with its Grilled Chicken Sandwiches. Other areas rumored to be offering the sans-gluten buns include Boise, ID, and Seattle, WA. But keep in mind, the kitchen itself is not gluten-free (hello, breaded chicken everywhere); the buns are individually wrapped and served alongside the sandwich ingredients for the customers to assemble themselves. All this to ensure a lack of gluten contamination; pretty smart, huh? (No deets on the calorie count of the bun, though.)
