Get Back to Your Healthy Routine: Tips, Tricks & Amazon Finds
1. Make a Plan
Wanna give yourself a better shot at achieving your goals? Write them down. Whether it’s tracking your nutrition, building a new workout schedule, or simply mapping out your week, these tools can help. (The budget-friendly food journal is a frequent top pick with the HG community.)
2. Take Your Healthy Habits to Go
It’s all too common: You eat well and stay hydrated at home, but it all goes out the window when you head out into the world. A little prep can make it much easier to stay on track wherever the day takes you.
3. Give Your Fridge a Refresh
Many people do a big spring cleaning, but after a busy summer, chances are your fridge could use an overhaul NOW. Old leftovers, expired summer produce, the nearly empty containers you keep telling yourself you’re going to deal with later… Get it out of there! Pull everything out, give the inside a wipe-down, toss the old stuff, and reorganize what’s still good. Then add Lisa’s favorite fridge deodorizer for good measure...
4. Get Moving
It was a hot summer, and the cooler temps ahead make going for a walk a lot more appealing. A fan-favorite brand recently dropped new lightweight wide-legged pants—if leggings aren’t your thing, these may be more your style. (Plus, they come in two inseam lengths and seven colors!) Rather exercise inside? Simple home fitness finds + free YouTube videos = cheaper than a gym membership!
