Stuffed snack alert: Pop the yolks out of your hard-boiled eggs, and you’ll have room to fill the whites with tasty extras! We've done this with SO many condiments (hummus, salsa, guacamole, etc.), but today’s pairing is extra rich and satisfying. Just peel and halve three hard-boiled eggs, ditch the yolks, and scoop 1 tsp. whipped cream cheese with chives into each half. Yum, yum, yum!

Mini Babybel + Grapes

Fruit and cheese go together like Kenan and Kel. (Obscure reference, anyone?!) Give this combo a little extra flair by serving it up kebab style. To build a skewer, just cut a wheel of Mini Babybel Light cheese into four pieces, and alternate on the stick with eight grapes. Make one, or make a bunch to enjoy all week. Try this one with other fruits and Mini Babybel flavors too!

Egg Substitute + Laughing Cow

There's no rule that says you can only eat eggs for breakfast… Egg mugs are great afternoon snacks! Just spray a large microwave-safe mug with nonstick spray, add 3/4 cup fat-free liquid egg substitute (or about 6 large egg whites), and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Mix in a wedge of The Laughing Cow Creamy Light cheese, and microwave for 1 minute, or until set. YUM.

If you haven't tried this trick yet, you're missing out! It's another unexpected way to eat fruit and cheese together. Slice the stem ends off eight large strawberries, about 1/2 inch from the top, revealing an opening. Use a narrow spoon handle to remove about half of the flesh inside each berry. Then distribute 3 tbsp. crumbled feta among the berries before popping ‘em in your mouth!
