PB ‘Nana Crunchcake

Mix 2 tbsp. powdered peanut butter with 1 tbsp. water until uniform. Spread onto a sweet rice cake (caramel, cinnamon, or chocolate). Top with 1/4 cup sliced banana, and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Strawberry Shortcake Crunch

Mix 2 tbsp. light whipped topping (thawed from frozen) with 1 dash cinnamon. Spread over a cinnamon or caramel rice cake. Top with 1/4 cup chopped strawberries.

Cannoli Crunchcake

Magic Crunchcake

Egg Scramble on a Rice Cake
