Think omelettes & egg scrambles, canned soups & chilis, chopped salads, stir-frys, and more. No time for weekend prep? Grab a bag of slaw mix (broccoli or regular) from the supermarket… Pre-shredded veggies, at your service!

This trick is perfect for all types of batters: pancakes, muffins, cakes, and more. Bonus tip: Use the pulse function on your blender to roughly chop a small amount of veggies or herbs. Genius!
Enlist an Instant Pot
Take a seat, toaster… These days, the Instant Pot is our go-to countertop appliance. Use it to make favorites like shredded poultry, soups, stews, and oatmeal in a tiny fraction of the usual time.
