Buffalo Chicken Egg Bites

Entire recipe: 113 calories, 4.5g total fat (2.5g sat. fat), 385mg sodium, 3g carbs, 0g fiber, 1g sugars, 11g protein

What You’ll Need: Trader Joe’s Buffalo Chicken Dip (refrigerated) + peeled hard-cooked eggs + scallions

How To: Halve 3 eggs lengthwise, and discard the yolks (or save for another use). Spoon 1 tsp. dip into each egg-white half (2 tbsp. dip total). Top eggs with 1 tbsp. chopped scallions.

Get Creative! This combo works with just about any Trader Joe’s dip. Experiment with your favorites—maybe the Everything and the Elote Greek Yogurt Dip and some cilantro?



Everything Bagel Chicken Salad

Creamy Iced Protein Matcha

What You’ll Need: Trader Joe’s Matcha Green Tea Powder (shelf-stable) + unsweetened vanilla almond milk + vanilla protein powder

How To: In a tall glass, combine 1 cup almond milk, 5 tbsp. (about 1 oz.) protein powder, 1 packet matcha, and 1/2 cup water. Whisk (using a frother, if you’ve got one) until dissolved. Add 1 1/2 cups ice, and sip away.

Get Creative! If you want to blend it up like a shake, go ahead; no one’s gonna arrest you.
