If you take nothing else away from this email, know this: hard-boiled egg whites are the best snack base ever! Click for tips on hard-boiling those eggs... You can even find already hard-cooked eggs at the supermarket. Slice three hard-cooked eggs in half lengthwise, and discard the yolks (or save 'em for another time). Next, place a teaspoon of your favorite salsa in each half, and enjoy! Also try this with hummus, guacamole, and other savory dips. (Oooh, how good would these be stuffed with Buff Chick Hot Wing Dip?!)

We're gonna teach you a trick that looks fancy but is incredibly easy to execute. Slice the stem ends off 6 large strawberries, about 1/2 inch below the stems, revealing an opening in each berry. Use a narrow spoon to remove about half of the flesh inside each berry, allowing room for filling. Mix 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter with 2 tbsp. water until thick and creamy. (If needed, add more water 1 tsp. at a time.) Spoon into the bottom corner of a plastic bag, snip off the tip to create a small hole, and pipe the PB through the hole and into the strawberries.
