We’ve been fans of the Dubai chocolate trend—aka chocolate bars filled with pistachio cream & shredded phyllo pastry—ever since we tried it. This is our fast take on the globally popular combo, and the recipe is so easy to make!

1/5 of recipe (3 bites): 96 calories, 5g total fat (1.5g sat. fat), 25mg sodium, 11.5g carbs, 0.5g fiber, 4g sugars, 2.5g protein

Ingredients:

15 frozen mini fillo shells

2 1/2 tbsp. mini semi–sweet chocolate chips

3/4 oz. (about 3 tbsp.) finely chopped pistachios

Directions:

Preheat oven (or toaster oven) to 350ºF.

Place shells on a baking sheet. Evenly distribute chocolate chips among the shells. Top with pistachios.

Bake until chocolate chips have softened, about 5 minutes.
