Banana Cream Protein Latte
Entire recipe (about 12 oz.): 152 calories, 3g total fat (0.5g sat. fat), 100mg sodium, 13g carbs, 0.5g fiber, 7.5g sugars, 19.5g protein

Ingredients:
1/3 cup plain whey protein powder (like the kind by simply tera's)
2 tsp. instant coffee granules
6 oz. plant-based banana milk (like the kind by Almond Breeze)
1–2 packets natural no-calorie sweetener
Directions:
Place protein powder and coffee granules in a microwave-safe mug or glass. Add 6 oz. hot water, and whisk until completely dissolved.
Add banana milk, and mix well. Microwave for 30 seconds, or until hot.
Add sweetener to taste.
MAKES 1 SERVING
HG Tip: Use a handheld frother like this to mix your drink and give it a foamy texture!
HG Alternative: If you don’t have plain protein powder on hand (or you like things extra sweet), use vanilla flavor instead and nix the sweetener packets.
