Hungry Girl Healthy 2-Ingredient Freezy PB Bites Recipe

1/6 of recipe (1 bite, before mix-ins): 80 calories, 3.5g total fat (2.5g sat. fat), 19mg sodium, 10.5g carbs, 0.5g fiber, 6g sugars, 1.5g protein

Prep: 5 minutes

Freeze: 3 hours

Ingredients:

3 tbsp. powdered peanut butter (like the kind by PB2)

2 cups light whipped topping (thawed from frozen)

Directions:

In a medium bowl, mix powdered peanut butter with 2 tbsp. water until smooth. Add whipped topping, and mix until uniform.

Distribute mixture among the cups of a 6-cup silicone muffin pan (or 6 cups of a standard muffin pan lined with liners).

Lightly cover with foil and freeze until firm, at least 3 hours.

Double Chocolate PB Bites

1/6 of recipe (1 bite): 110 calories, 5g total fat (3.5g sat. fat), 25mg sodium, 15g carbs, 0.5g fiber, 9g sugars, 1.5g protein

Fold 2 tbsp. mini (or chopped) semi-sweet chocolate chips into the peanut butter mixture. Distribute mixture into the pan. Top with 8 crushed Chocolate Teddy Grahams (or similar alternative). Freeze as directed.



Salted Caramel Swirl PB Bites

1/6 of recipe (1 bite): 89 calories, 4g total fat (3g sat. fat), 75mg sodium, 12.5g carbs, 0.5g fiber, 7g sugars, 1.5g protein

In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave 1 tbsp. caramel dip for 10 seconds, or until melted. After distributing the peanut butter mixture into the cups of the pan, top with caramel, and use a toothpick or knife to gently swirl it into peanut butter mixture. Top with 2 dashes sea salt. Freeze as directed.



Crunchy Pretzel PB Bites

1/6 of recipe (1 bite): 94 calories, 4g total fat (3g sat. fat), 68mg sodium, 13.5g carbs, 0.5g fiber, 6g sugars, 1.5g protein

Lightly crush 1/2 cup hard pretzels and fold them into the peanut butter mixture. Distribute mixture into the pan. Freeze as directed.



Banana PB Crunch Bites
