Get Creative! Want a little more flavor oomph? Finish it off with some TJ’s pineapple salsa or hot sauce. You can also take this ingredient combo and stuff in it into tacos!

The Trader Joe's Products: Plain Pizza Dough (refrigerated), Chicken Mole (frozen), Shredded Lite Mozzarella Cheese (refrigerated)

How To: Cut off 1/4 of the dough, about 4 oz. (Refrigerate remaining dough for another use.) Bring dough to room temp, about 20 minutes before cooking. Preheat oven to 450ºF. Puncture holes in the film covering the chicken. Microwave chicken for 4 minutes, stirring halfway through and afterwards. On a floured work surface, stretch and roll dough thin into an 8” circle, then transfer to a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray or lined with parchment paper. Top with 5 oz. (about 3/4 cup) chicken and 1/3 cup cheese. Bake until crust is firm and golden brown, 8–10 minutes.

Get Creative! Add toppings like cilantro, red onion, avocado… even that ranch dressing from the previous recipe!

The Trader Joe's Products: Chicken Gyoza Potstickers (frozen), Miso Ginger Broth (shelf-stable), Baby Shanghai Bok Choy (refrigerated)

How To: Spray a medium pot with nonstick spray and bring to medium-high heat. Add 4 potstickers, and cook and flip until lightly browned and crisped on all sides, about 4 minutes. Add 1/4 cup water, and cover the pot. Cook for about 2 minutes to steam the potstickers. Uncover, add 1 1/4 cups broth and 1 chopped baby bok choy. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cook and stir until bok choy has lightly wilted, 1–2 minutes.

Sodium Watchers… If sodium is a concern, opt for reduced-sodium or no-salt-added broth. Still great!
