Chocolate-Covered Berry Smoothie

Core and slice 1 medium pear. Lightly blot slices dry with a paper towel. Spread 1 wedge Laughing Cow Creamy Light Swiss Cheese (or 1 tbsp. whipped cream cheese) onto the slices, and evenly top with 1 tbsp. pepper jelly.



Frozen Choco-Banana Bark

Mash 1 medium banana, and spread into a 1/2-inch-thick layer on a sheet of parchment paper. In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave 1 tbsp. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips for 1 minute, or until melted. Drizzle melted chocolate over the banana, and freeze until solid, about 1 1/2 hours. Break into pieces. Optional: Sprinkle with flaky salt.



Guac Dip ‘n "Chips"
