Costco Haul: Make Boba at Home, Healthy Jalapeño Crackers, Ready-to-Eat Chicken in Lemongrass-Coconut Sauce

Mar 2 2022
When it comes to a Costco haul, you never know what you’re gonna find! With all the options they have in stock, there are sooo many possibilities. These three items are some of the best we tried in our latest haul…

Boba Bam Brown Sugar Instant Boba Pack

1 package: 110 calories, 0g total fat (0g sat. fat), 5mg sodium, 28g carbs, 0g fiber, 18g total sugars (18g added sugars), 0g protein
WW Points® value 7*
For the past few years, Lisa’s been obsessed with boba drinks. (For the uninitiated, they’re sweet milky tea drinks with chewy tapioca pearls.) So discovering these DELICIOUS individual servings of frozen boba + flavor mix at Costco was a major win. Just defrost and add your milk of choice. We made ours with unsweetened almond milk, so the whole thing had under 150 calories. They even come with the wide boba straws! You get 12 servings in a box, and if you're used to buying boba tea from a shop, it's a great deal. Find them in a Costco freezer case.

RW Garcia 3 Seed Jalapeño Crackers

1 oz. (about 16 crackers): 140 calories, 8g total fat (1g sat. fat), 85mg sodium, 15g carbs, 2g fiber, 0g total sugars (0g added sugars), 2g protein
WW Points® value 4*
RW Garcia are the makers of some of our favorite crackers, and this spicy variety is officially on that list. The corn & seed crackers are crazy tasty with a little heat, and we love them. They're more like mini tortilla chips than crackers, and they’d be amazing with salsa or a creamy dip. Side note: This is the largest box of crackers we've ever seen. (Thanks, Costco.) It has 30 servings! Other RW Garcia crackers are sold at retailers nationwide, but we’ve only seen the Jalapeño variety at Costco locations…

Kevin’s Natural Foods Lemongrass Chicken

5 oz.: 170 calories, 6g total fat (4g sat. fat), 460mg sodium, 4g carbs, 0g fiber, 2g sugars (1g added sugars), 23g protein
WW Points® value 5*
At the risk of sounding like a broken record, YES, it's another Kevin's product we love. (We don't know Kevin, but he knows his way around a chicken!) This saucy poultry dish tastes homemade. If you served it to your guests and told them you made it from scratch, they'd tip their hats. And the creamy coconut-milk sauce is pretty much universally lovable. Pick some up from Costco, Whole Foods, or other select grocers. (Click the "Find in Store" button on the product page.)
