Healthy Target Food Finds: Protein Ice Cream, Frozen Bagel Sandwich, Garlic Butter Popcorn

Apr 15 2026
We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again—if you’re not hitting up Target’s grocery aisles, you’re missing out! On the latest episode of the Hungry Girl podcast, we tasted a haul of new finds from the superstore, including brand-new product lines and Target exclusives… These are some of our favorites!

Swoop High Protein Dessert

2/3 cup: 130–160 calories, 6–9g total fat (1–2.5g sat. fat), 75–85mg sodium, 13–14g carbs, 0–1g fiber, 10g total sugars (10g added sugars), 10g protein
WW Points® value 6–7*
Lots of protein ice creams are hitting shelves these days, but not all of them taste as good as Swoop… We’re in LOVE! (We also love the name. It’s just fun to say. SWOOP.) We tried the Vanilla Surge and Peanut Butter Chip Blitz, but there are also Chocolate Charge, Mighty Mint Chip, and Jumpin’ Java Chip flavors. Made with ingredients like whey protein isolate, coconut nectar, and avocado oil, it’s the perfect balance of wholesome and indulgent. Click here to find it near you.

Bronco Bagels Turkey Bacon Egg & Cheese

1 sandwich: 290 calories, 13g total fat (3g sat. fat), 590mg sodium, 38g carbs, 1g fiber, 2g total sugars (0g added sugars), 15g protein
WW Points® value 10*
The tagline is “breakfast for those with somewhere to go,” but we assure you that you’re allowed to eat these frozen breakfast sandwiches in the comfort of your home. What impressed us the most about this sandwich (in addition to the protein-packed stats) is the quality: The turkey bacon is great, the eggs aren’t watery, and you wouldn’t even suspect that it was initially frozen! This line is currently exclusive to Target, where you’ll also find a Turkey Sausage version.

SkinnyPop Roasted Garlic Butter Popcorn

3 cups: 140 calories, 8g total fat (1g sat. fat), 230mg sodium, 16g carbs, 2g fiber, 1g total sugars (0g added sugars), 2g protein
WW Points® value 4*
We love flavored popcorn, but we don’t love it when most of the flavoring ends up on our fingers. That’s part of why we're such big SkinnyPop fans—seasoned with juuuuust enough of the good stuff, but not so much that it’s overpowering. (That’s super important when you’re dealing with garlic.) The whole-grain snack is made with no artificial flavors or colors. Click to find, or order from Amazon.
