Healthy Snacks at Target: Charcuterie Snacks, Trail Mix with Jerky, Fruit & Nut Bars, Crackers with Pumpkin Seeds

Apr 2 2021
We recently picked up a TON of tasty goods from Target to try on the Hungry Girl podcast. Check out these exclusive snacks & sips worth adding to your cart…

Good & Gather Charcuterie Bites

1 package: 220 - 240 calories, 11 - 21g total fat (6 - 9g sat. fat), 490 - 1,080mg sodium, 2 - 19g carbs, <1 - 1g fiber, 0 - 10g sugars, 13 - 14g protein — SmartPoints® value 7 - 8*

Think of these as single-serving cheese boards… or like fancy Lunchables! We tried the shaved ham variety (with white cheddar, toasted sesame rounds, and dried blueberries) and the hot capacolla one (with cheddar and toasted sesame rounds) — both completely delicious with impressive portion sizes. There's also a third option with pepperoni, sliced gouda cheese, and green olives. Each one’s a fun all-in-one snack platter under 250 calories!

Good & Gather Fruit & Nut Bars in Cashews, Cherries & Almonds with Cocoa Drizzle

1 bar: 180 calories, 10g total fat (3.5g sat. fat), 10mg sodium, 23g carbs, 5g fiber, 13g sugars, 3g protein — SmartPoints® value 8*

There’s an excellent flavor combo happening in these KIND-esque bars, and the overall taste is a winner! We really flipped over the dried cherries with the cocoa drizzle — so delicious. If you could use some new snack bars in your rotation, we highly recommend these.

Good & Gather Peppercorn Turkey Jerky Trail Mix

1 oz.: 130 calories, 7g total fat (1g sat. fat), 75mg sodium, 12g carbs, 2g fiber, 9g sugars, 5g protein — SmartPoints® value 5*

Trail mix with jerky?! This blend is SO different and unique… in a really good way! The jerky is tender with a little sweetness, and the flavor goes perfectly with the almonds, dried fruit (cranberries & mangoes), and seeds (pumpkin & sunflower). We’d have no problem chowing down on two servings at once… It’s like a little mini meal! There’s also a beef version, if that’s more your speed.

Good & Gather Cranberry Pumpkin Seed Artisanal Crisps

3 crisps: 70 calories, 2g total fat (0g sat. fat), 170mg sodium, 13g carbs, 0g fiber, 5g sugars, 2g protein — SmartPoints® value 3*

If you're looking to put together your own cheese 'n crackers plate, you've gotta pick up a pack of these crisps. The texture is hearty and seedy, and the flavor is outstanding — actually, it tastes a little like pretzels! The crisps are a nice size and pair perfectly with creamy cheese like the kinds by The Laughing Cow. Tasty, satisfying, sweet, and savory!
