Recently, we were working on this mug cake recipe, and we fell in love with the gooey pie-filling-like fruit topping. So, if you love fruit pies but aren’t a fan of excess starchy carbs, we’re bringing you a hack for making a DIY swap. The only sugar involved comes straight from the fruit. Blueberry Pie Filling

Entire recipe: 140 calories, 1g total fat (0g sat. fat), 156mg sodium, 33.5g carbs, 5.5g fiber, 20.5g sugars, 0.5g protein

Place 1 1/2 cups frozen unsweetened blueberries in a large microwave-safe mug. Add 2 tsp. cornstarch, 1 packet natural no-calorie sweetener, and 1 dash salt. Mix well. Cover and microwave for 3 1/2 minutes, or until thickened.

Cherry Pie Filling
