8 Gayle's Miracles Perfect Chocolate Truffles (any flavor)
1 (15-piece) box frozen mini fillo shells (like the kind by Athens)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Slice truffles in half and set aside.
Place shells on a baking sheet. Place one truffle-half in each shell with the cut side down. (Yes, you'll have a truffle-half left over. It has only 15 calories, so EAT IT!)
Bake in the oven until truffles are hot and have softened, about 8 minutes.
Immediately press a raspberry into the gooey chocolate center of each shell.
Allow to cool slightly. Enjoy!
