In case you’re unfamiliar, delicata squash is a sweeter, milder version of butternut squash with skin so soft you can eat it. Here it’s simply sliced, roasted, and frozen for ultimate convenience. We’ve been dipping it in ketchup (like French fries!) and recommend you do the same!
