Grilled Chicken Caprese Salad
Grilled chicken is a summertime staple, but you don’t need to stand outside in the summer heat to get your fix. Step up your salad game by grilling up juicy chicken and fresh tomatoes on the stove in a grill pan (our pick below!), and then serving them over a bed of greens with mozzarella, basil, and more. So much yum!
