Ingredients:
3 cups chopped lettuce
3 oz. cooked and chopped skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1 stick light string cheese, sliced into coins
1/4 oz. (about 1 tbsp.) chopped pecans
1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil
2 tbsp. light balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Directions:
Place lettuce in a large bowl.
Top with all remaining ingredients except dressing.
Drizzle with dressing, or serve it on the side.
