WW Points Value Update

As you may know, WW recently unveiled a new program: PersonalPoints™. In this week’s emails, we will continue to list the SmartPoints® values* in addition to the new PersonalPoints™ values*. Beginning next week, we will calculate and provide only the PersonalPoints™ values* in accordance with the new program. You can learn more about the new program at ww.com!

Mini Mango Fizz Float

Entire recipe: 130 calories, 0g total fat (0g sat. fat), 0mg sodium, 13.5g carbs, 0.5g fiber, 11g sugars, <0.5g protein — SmartPoints® value 7*

WW PersonalPoints™ value 6*

Dessert meets after-dinner cocktail! Pour 4 oz. Secco Vino Frizzante Sparkling Wine into a small glass. Top with 1/4 cup Mango Sorbet. Eat with a spoon, or let the sorbet melt as you sip. Cool, a little fancy, and soooo much fun to enjoy. (Special thanks to our pal Neetu for this and other great TJs tips!)

Spicy Garlic-Herb Hummus

Entire recipe: 65 calories, 4g total fat (0g sat. fat), 112mg sodium, 5.5g carbs, 2g fiber, 1g sugars, 2g protein — SmartPoints® value 1*

WW PersonalPoints™ value 1*

Boost that hummus! (It’s already good, but it can be great.) In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp. Roasted Garlic Hummus with 1 tsp. Zhoug Sauce. That herby sauce is hotter than it looks — a little goes a long way! Serve with some baby carrots or cucumber slices for dipping. YUM.

EZ Creamy Steel Cut Oats

Entire recipe: 161 calories, 3.5g total fat (0.5g sat. fat), 2mg sodium, 18g carbs, 4g fiber, 2g sugars, 5g protein — SmartPoints® value 4*

WW PersonalPoints™ value 1–5*

Here's how we like our steel-cut oatmeal… Extra creamy! Cook 1/4 cup Steel Cut Oats as directed on package. Transfer to a bowl, and stir in 2 tbsp. Vanilla Coconut Milk Beverage. Sweeten to taste. (We like adding natural sugar-free pancake syrup and a dash of cinnamon!) This cereal tastes terrific hot, but you can also make it ahead and eat it cold á la rice pudding the next morning.

Pineapple Cauli'peño Salsa

Entire recipe: 45 calories, 3.5g total fat (2g sat. fat), 160mg sodium, 2.5g carbs, 0g fiber, 1.5g sugars, 1g protein — SmartPoints® value 2*

WW PersonalPoints™ value 2*

Sometimes mixing together two of your favorite sauces results in one magnificent super-sauce. In a small bowl, combine 2 Tbsp. Cauliflower Jalapeño Dip and 2 tsp. Pineapple Salsa. Use it as a topping for your protein of choice — try spooning this combo onto Boca Burgers.
