Listen up! Today’s recipe has just TWO main ingredients -- banana and oats. If you've got some overripe bananas but you don't have the energy to make banana bread, this is an awesome alternative. Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

1 cup (about 2 medium) mashed extra-ripe bananas

1 cup old-fashioned oats

 

Seasonings:

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/8 tsp. salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.

In a medium-large bowl, combine bananas, oats, seasonings, and 1/2 cup water. Mix until uniform.

Form into 12 circles on the baking sheet, each about 2 inches wide. Bake until a knife inserted into the center of a cookie comes out clean, 16 - 18 minutes.
