Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 15 minutes

2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp. olive oil

1/4 tsp. chili powder

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1/4 tsp. onion powder

1/8 tsp. smoked paprika

1/8 tsp. salt

2 cups (about 12 oz.) baby carrots, halved lengthwise

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except carrots. Mix well. Add halved carrots, and toss to coat.

Place carrots in the air fryer. Set air fryer to 380°F (or the nearest degree). Cook until tender on the inside and lightly browned and crispy on the outside, about 12 minutes, flipping halfway through if needed.

Oven Alternative: Bake at 400ºF for 23–25 minutes, until tender on the inside and lightly browned and crispy on the outside.
