Protein Rollups

Here’s one I eat ALL the time. Start with some low-sodium lean deli meat: turkey, chicken, or even roast beef. Wrap it around a cucumber or pickle spear, and dip it in your favorite condiments. You can even wrap it around string cheese for bonus protein! Here’s my go-to: 30-calorie Turkey Rollups.

DIY Protein Shakes

I don’t care how cold it gets outside, it’s always shake season! I love whipping up blended drinks with protein powder and other filling ingredients. Some of these double as a high-protein dessert…
