Our Go-To Easy-Peel Method for Hard-Boiled Eggs!

One more thing before we get to the recipes: Here’s a foolproof way to peel those eggs with ease.

Step 1: Before cooking, gently tap on the bottom of each egg with the back of a spoon until you hear a little crack.

Step 2: Boil eggs until cooked to your preference, 10–12 minutes for fully cooked eggs.

Step 3: Immediately transfer the boiled eggs to a bowl. Cover with ice and cold water. Let sit for at least 10 minutes.

Step 4: Gently crack eggs on the rim of the bowl, and easily peel off the shells!
