Grab & Go Breakfasts (Finds & Recipes!)

Oct 16 2019
Question@2x Hi Lisa,

I rarely have time to sit down and eat breakfast, so I reach for whatever’s available -- usually a granola bar, which never fills me up. Do you have any satisfying breakfasts I can grab on my way out the door and eat on the go?

Morning on the Move
Answer@2x Hi MM,

Oh, have I got breakfasts for YOU... 21 of them to be exact! Make-ahead recipes, freezer-aisle finds, no-cook breakfasts, and more. These recipes and products put the fast in breakfast…

Smoothies & Shakes

Store-bought smoothies are usually loaded with sugary calories -- whip up one of these speedy shakes instead! P.S. This single-serve blender transforms into an on-the-go bottle. Genius!

Bake & Take

When I don’t want to spend time flipping pancakes in the morning, I bake up some better-for-you batter in the oven in advance. To freeze these, wrap each baked serving tightly in plastic wrap, and seal in a large bag or container. Then just unwrap and heat when you’re ready to eat.

Speedy Sandwiches

If you have 5 - 10 minutes, make one of the individual sandwich recipes in the morning. The third recipe here is perfect to make ahead of time!

Fast & Easy Food Finds

Keep these supermarket finds in your freezer for heat & eat morning meals. It doesn’t get any easier than this…
