May 8 2019
Question@2x Hi Lisa,

I’m a peanut butter fanatic -- seriously, I could eat a whole jar in one sitting! Do you have any better-for-you recipes to feed my need for all things peanut butter?

Answer@2x Hi Nutty Nancy,

I sure do! Most Hungry Girl peanut butter recipes call for powdered peanut butter, which has at least 50% fewer calories and 80% less fat than regular PB. It’s a game changer! I like to combine it with regular peanut butter so you get the best of both worlds. Here are 20 of my absolute favorite PB-infused recipes…

Purely Peanut Butter

Peanut butter is the star of these recipes… Shine on, you loveable legume!

When Chocolate Met Peanut Butter

Put down the Reese’s! These recipes give you way more bang for your calorie buck…

PB&J All Day

This power couple is more than just a sandwich! We add PB&J pizzazz to yogurt, oatmeal & more…

Go Bananas

Take it from Elvis: This pair is a classic! We can’t help falling in love with these banana & PB combos…

Chew on this:

It’s May 8th, National Coconut Cream Pie Day. Chobani Greek Yogurt Blended with Coconut + crushed graham crackers = upside-down coconut cream pie with a protein punch!
